This verse reminds us that forgiveness is not something we measure. Jesus teaches us to forgive “seventy times seven,” meaning forgiveness should flow freely and continually. When we forgive, we release the weight from our hearts and reflect the grace God has given us. Forgiveness is not weakness. It is freedom.
