Scripture: Matthew 6:33 (NIV): "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
Reflection: In a world filled with distractions and competing priorities, it is easy to lose focus on what truly matters. Jesus reminds us in Matthew 6:33 to seek God’s kingdom and righteousness more than anything else. This means aligning our hearts, minds, and actions with God’s will and trusting Him to provide for our needs.
Everything falls into place when we put God first. Our worries about material possessions, success, or security fade as we rest in His faithfulness. Seeking His kingdom is not just about attending church or reading the Bible—it is about living a life that reflects His love, justice, and grace in every area.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, help me to seek You first in all that I do. Guide my steps, align my heart with Your will, and give me the courage to trust You with every aspect of my life. Thank You for Your promise to provide for me as I prioritize Your kingdom. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
